Lesson: See ya, San Fran
People are leaving San Fran. Nothing stays new forever. Maybe Silicon Valley is becoming stale after being the ‘it’ place to be for so many years. Property values have risen to astronomical numbers, making it incredibly difficult for someone with a family to live there. Also, technology development means that people no longer have to be in a particular place to work at a tech company. Perhaps the tech that Silicon Valley developed will enable a mass exodus and bring about the death of Silicon Valley. Wouldn’t that be ironic?
