Lesson: Long Life Lessons

Humans are living longer than ever before. Of course, much of that has to do with advances in living conditions and medicine. However, many people are living to be 100 years old or more. Why? What do they know that the rest of us do not? Well, that’s just it; there seems to be a secret we haven’t been able to crack yet. Sure, to some extent, living a long life depends on genes and a lot of luck. I mean, think about it. A person who is 100 years old right now has survived not one but two world wars. They’ve also survived numerous epidemics and the flu pandemic of 1918. That’s lucky! More importantly, though, are the habits of long-lived people. That’s what we’ll talk about this time. Just a warning, be prepared to get your hands dirty.
