Lesson: Gaming Addiction
These days every person and their dog plays video games. Even I have an old Nintendo Wii that I fire up during long holidays. After about an hour or so, though, I lose interest and go back to my Kindle books. I’m a little old school that way, I suppose. However, others can easily spend hours, days, or even weeks glued to the screen as they play video games in marathon sessions. Very recently, addiction to video games has been recognized by the World Health Organization as a mental health disorder. Societies all around the world, though, are still debating whether gaming can even be addictive. What do you think?
