Doubt. We all experience doubt. It’s always there just under the surface of the smile we wear throughout our daily lives. Many of us doubt our abilities and our qualifications to do the job that we do every day. It’s called Imposter Syndrome. The professionals say that 70% of us are affected by Imposter Syndrome, women more so than men. Have you ever had a moment or two when you felt like an imposter? Perhaps your friends confided in you about their imposter feelings, which in turn made you think about your self-doubt. Anyways, it’s something for you to think about until our lesson time comes around. Take care and believe in yourself.
