If we’ve already discussed the ‘Anthropocene?‘ articles together, then you know that plastic may remain in the geological record for millions of years. That is one of the drivers behind the epoch-renaming movement. But that was a different topic, and we have a new one for today: To what extent should we be socially responsible consumers? Everyone has their reasons for practicing the three Rs of reduce, reuse and recycle. Pretty much every time we leave our houses, eat or buy clothing, we create waste. This has led to the zero-waste movement. Read the articles and determine for yourself if the concepts put forth in them are practical solutions for our waste problems.
