It may be a better way to manage outpatients and augment in-person visits while at the same time decreasing healthcare costs and increasing convenience. Until this year, people and medical institutions had been slow to adopt this new technology. The coronavirus pandemic has been a game-changer. Now the future looks promising for the broader adoption of virtual health technology. In addition to the articles I’ve chosen, you can also listen to an interesting podcast segment about an American doctor who is an RVer and practices telemedicine remotely to support his lifestyle. You can see the subtitles by going to Settings at the bottom of the YouTube video and turning them on.
