Stifle

When you stifle someone or something, you stop them from doing, expressing or otherwise continuing with what they are doing.
Don’t let them stifle your dreams. Dream big, dream often and work hard to realize your dreams.

Word of the Day: Stifle

For positive thinkers, the sky’s the limit.

We can do absolutely anything as long as we work hard and never give up.

However, there are many other people out there who would like to stop or stifle our attempts to improve or grow.

When you stifle someone or something, you stop them from expressing themselves or continuing with what they are doing.

Sometimes, children who get high marks in their English classes are bullied by their classmates because they are jealous and want to stop or stifle them from getting good grades.

The sky’s the limit for all of us.

Let’s not stifle anyone.

This post is understandable by someone with at least a 7th-grade education (age 12).
