WotD: Me time
Here we are, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed and ready to take the world by storm after an incredible Golden Week holiday.
I hope that everyone had enough me time. What’s that? Well, me time is precisely what it sounds like: it is time for me (yourself).
In today’s busy world, many people wear many hats, and they don’t have much time for themselves.
They don’t have a lot of time to do things for themselves or that they like to do.
So, people need more me time.
Once again, I hope everybody had an enjoyable and relaxing Golden Week break.
Don’t forget we all need a little bit of me time every day!
