Word of the Day: Mantra

A mantra, like the one written on the blackboard, is a phrase or single word that expresses a person’s strong beliefs.

People often repeat these little phrases to reinforce their beliefs and inspire themselves.

Enjoying the little things in life is one that I try to follow.

Of course, variety is the spice of life, so I do have more than one.

I also like to say live and let live or to each their own.

In our busy lives, we quite often forget to enjoy the little things in life, such as the wildflowers on the side of the road, the smell of the rain or the intricate beauty of a spider’s web.

Many people have a mantra.

What’s yours?
