Limber

A limber person can bend their body in all kinds of strange ways and move quite smoothly. Being limber is the same as being flexible.
Don’t try this at home, boys and girls, unless you have the paramedics on speed dial.

Word of the Day: Limber

A limber person can bend their body in all kinds of strange ways and move quite smoothly.

It’s the same as being flexible.

One of the main reasons many people have back or shoulder pain is that they don’t stretch and exercise to maintain some level of limberness.

The young lady in the picture is very limber.

I’m sure you’d think it was augmented reality if this were me.

However, I am unsure about the location she has chosen to display her limberness.

I would have chosen a more fitting place, such as in front of a hospital.

A train station would not be my first choice of place to display my flexibility.
