Word of the day: Kudos

I want to say Kudos for a job well done to all my students for working so hard and improving so much.

You are an inspiration.

As many know, my classes do not target basic-level English language learners.

My classes are aimed at highly motivated high intermediate and advanced-level English language learners.

Together, we focus on using English to share and discuss different opinions on various topics.

In my classes, we usually discuss topics not covered in regular eikaiwa classes.

I want to say kudos to all the students who I have met and worked with up to now.

The word Kudos means respect and praise that is given to people who have done something special.

It is often expressed as ‘kudos to (someone) for (doing something).’

This post is understandable by someone with at least an 8th-grade education (age 13 – 14).
