Word of the Day: Buck up

If a person can buck up, they make a point to stop feeling negative and make an effort to become encouraged, happier and more positive.

Sometimes, life gets you down, bad things happen, and you start feeling unhappy or depressed.

Those are the moments when we need to buck up or the times when we need to encourage others to do the same.

Today is Monday; many people hate Mondays, and somebody even wrote a song about it.

So, if you are one of those people who hate Mondays, buck up!

Monday is not the end of the world; it is just the beginning of the week.

You’ve had the whole weekend to rejuvenate yourself.

Whether it’s a good or bad week depends entirely on you.
