Phrase: Warts and all

Women fart! Every woman will deny it, but I’m sure that every woman farts.

Despite this shocking fact, every man who loves a woman has decided to accept her warts and all.

Or should I say farts and all?

Warts and all is a phrase used to describe all the bad qualities a person has, with no attempt to hide them.

OK, I began today’s post with some drama, but now you understand what the phrase warts and all means.

No one is perfect. We all have faults.

Yes, I am sure I have faults, too, even though I haven’t managed to discover them yet.

That’s OK; I’m only 48. There’s lots of time left for fault finding.

Each person we know and enjoy spending time with has a characteristic we don’t like or would like to change.

Perhaps your husband leaves the toilet seat up, your friend is always a few minutes late, or your new girlfriend insists on eating Cheesy Mexican beans once a week.

We all know how that turns out, don’t we?

If you do get married, that’s a good reason to purchase a convertible right there.

Life is full of give and take.

We all have to take the good with the bad and hope in the end, the good outweighs the bad.

If sometimes being with the girl of your dreams means you have to drive with the windows open, you’re doing your best to accept her farts, I mean, warts and all.

The phrase is warts and all.

The ‘and all’ part includes farts.
