Wow! We have had some time to digest the American election.
Although Donald Trump has won the election, many people are still in shock and denial, and on the other side, many are ecstatic and joyful.
According to the papers, Donald Trump successfully talked to and connected with the average Joe.
Donald Trump showed that he knew of, understood and was going to do something about the hardships experienced by the average Joe.
So, what does the average Joe mean?
Well, the average Joe is a term used to refer to everyday American men.
The average Joe applies to regular American guys who work hard and enjoy baseball or football or both.
They are not rich, not poor, just ordinary guys.
