English Phrase: Stretch your legs

After sitting in front of a computer all day, it is great to be able to go to the beach and stretch your legs, which means you can go for a walk after staying in one position for an extended period.

Honestly, it is probably better to get up and move around every 50 minutes or so if you have a sedentary job.

Even if you can only do it once an hour, it’ll be beneficial to find an excuse to walk across the office, go to the bathroom or maybe even go to the bathroom on a different floor.

Any of these ways would be an excellent way to stretch your legs.

Unfortunately, we don’t all live near a beach.
