It’s the holiday season, and what better time of year than this one to pay it forward?

This means that after we receive an act of kindness from someone, we should then be kind to someone else.

We’ve all benefited from the kindness of someone else at one point in our lives.

By paying it forward, we can help to spread goodness in the world.
