I want to announce that today is the paper anniversary of ArtisanEnglish.jp.
It’s a red-letter day!
That’s right; this is the official first anniversary of going online. YAY!
Now you may be wondering why a first anniversary is called a paper anniversary.
Well, it is traditional to give couples a paper gift on their first wedding anniversary.
Sometimes couples receive stationary or artwork such as a print or other similar things.
Why paper?
Well, it’s fragile. Therefore it symbolizes the fragility of relationships.
It takes hard work to create a successful marriage and to create a successful business.
Paper is usually blank when it is made, so it symbolizes the idea of writing the future together. For a couple it’s husband and wife in my case it is ArtisanEnglish.jp and me.
Today is the paper anniversary for ArtisanEngish.jp!
