Jitters

When you have the jitters you're nervous. When we do something for the first time, it's natural to get a case of the jitters.

Word of the Day: Jitters

Everyone gets the jitters.

When you have the jitters, you’re nervous.

When we do something for the first time, it’s natural to get a case of the jitters.

Can you believe that some people say they never get nervous?

I don’t believe them myself.

I mean, everyone gets nervous sometimes.

When a person starts a new job, gets married, or even takes an English lesson with a new teacher for the first time, they get nervous.

When we try something new or do something for the first time, it is entirely natural to get a case of the jitters.

We all get nervous from time to time; we just can’t let our nervousness stop us from doing new things.
