English Proverb: All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy

Now, this is a wonderful proverb to follow in summer.

All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy means if a person spends too much time working and not enough time relaxing and enjoying life, they will become bored, and their life will be dull.

We are in the middle of summer now, and everyone must take some time off from work.

I hope everyone has an opportunity to get away from it all, take a load off, and just let their hair down.

As the proverb says, all work and no play makes Jack / David / Mohamad / Manabu / Shin (or whatever your name is) a dull boy.
