Lesson: Growth Mindset
People can be divided into two groups: those with a fixed mindset and those with a growth mindset. The world is full of people who tried, failed and gave up. Often, they were congratulated for doing their best and given a pat on the back before they disappeared into mediocrity, never to be seen again. They have a fixed mindset. Those with a growth mindset, however, are the ones who chalk a loss up as experience, evaluate what they did wrong, assess what they did correctly and then try again. They believe they can do anything as long as they are willing to put in the work and learn. In this conversation, we’ll discuss the growth mindset and how to develop it.

The better prepared you are, the more benefit you will receive from our conversations.
